Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Factory Line Operators for a leading manufacturing facility in Belfast. In this role, you will operate production machinery, monitor quality, and meet daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Operate and monitor production line equipment
– Perform quality checks on products
– Maintain equipment in working condition
– Follow safety procedures and guidelines
– Meet production targets and deadlines
– Report any equipment issues or hazards
– Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements:
– Experience operating industrial machinery (preferred but not essential)
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and safety-conscious
– Ability to work shifts including nights/weekends
– Good physical fitness for standing and manual work
– Team player with good communication skills
